Building SurveysAs a company of Chartered Surveyors we regularly provide Building Surveys for all types of property. These tailored reports provide advice as to the structural stability of the property and allow clients to make better informed decisions about the property. These reports can include a valuation where required.Homebuyers Survey & Valuation ReportsWe also provide Homebuyers Surveys and Reports, which contain less detail than a Building Survey, but informs the client about the general condition of the property they are purchasing. These reports have clear headings regarding each area of the property and the report comes with a valuation of the property.
